Lisa is part of Creative Sounds UK team as an ambassador who supports what we do with CSUK in providing a platform for Unsigned Bands/Artists.  She contributes to our social media campaigns and provides a wealth of experience as a professional Music PR representative.  Her company Knight PR specializes in providing exposure for new and future music releases.  She has extensive access to radio stations, blogs, websites, zines & online magazines and has a personal database of over 1k active industry contacts, from the UK & overseas, to gain bands/solo artists airplay, reviews, interviews or general press coverage.

Ade started Creative Sounds UK to find creative ways to help build momentum for the artists with whom he works.   This has resulted in some terrific successes with CSUK acts winning prestigious awards, receiving A list radio play, BBC radio interviews and national music press coverage.   He has been fortunate to work with many creative and supportive professionals who are able to create the right environment for these bands to flourish, who have a real passion for the music that they are involved with, who understand what is required to drive forward artist’s careers with honest up front representation.   He has acquired an extensive range of experience in the industry with knowledge and expertise in publicity, artist representation, and event management; He has also been involved in a range of film related projects, and writes reviews a range of music related sites.  Creative Sounds UK is proud to have Lisa Jemma and Katie on board as part of the team.  All of them are passionate about taking an active role in the music business, and shaping the future of the UK music scene.

JEMMA DODD
Social Media & Digital Strategist 

Not only a digital strategist, Jemma is also a photographer, writer and editor who has photographed the likes of Taylor Swift, Biffy Clyro and Metallica. In 2014 she was named the winner of the NME Live Photo Award and has also been on the official photography team for festivals including Latitude Festival.
With a love for all things digital and a huge passion for music Jemma will be supporting our artists with creating content and growing their online presence. With a wealth of experience in digital project management and a background in content creation she brings a highly varied skillset to the team.

KATIE SHEPPARD

​Katie has an extensive knowledge and understanding of the current Music Industry through studying BA (Hons) in Music Business in Cardiff,  in which she graduated with a First Class Honours. 
As an experienced Radio Plugger, Katie has helped artists gain both National and International Radio Airplay across the biggest stations (BBC, Radio X, RTE2FM, Sirius XM, KEXP, Triple J + more). She is also recognised as being the Cardiff based Venue Rep for This Feeling as well as one of the Venue Reps at Cardiff's most prestigious venues, Clwb Ifor Bach.
