THE RPMs With The RPMs (2017-19) Creative Sounds UK were instrumental in the artistic direction and production of their follow up second EP ‘Agents of Change’ released in June 2017 through Xtra Mile Recording. This was accompanied with a run of shows throughout the spring and summer months, including supports with We Are Scientists. Other significant milestones included being chosen by Huw Stephens as one of his Alternative Tips for 2018, as well as receiving Radio X John Kennedy X-Posure which included a studio session in February 2018, followed by their headline show at John Kennedy's Remedy club. They were one of 30 bands selected from a pool of 2000 bands who took part in the Pirate Prodigy competition. Creative Sounds were involved with The RPMs successful bid to attend SXSW in March 2018 offering advice and support and organizing the logistics of the trip in conjunction with a tour manager. They accompanied the band to Austin Texas to gain additional industry support for their forthcoming singles that led to the writing of a debut album early 2019. Whilst in Texas the band had the opportunity to play both the SXSW official showcase as well as the XtraMile/AGI (Artist Group International) official showcase stage to build a US profile with their performances. BERRIES Whilst managing BERRIES (2017-19) Creative Sounds UK assisted them in building up their shows, gaining the support of major UK promoters and was involved in direction and marketing of their debut video. With their support they sold out their first two headline London Shows, and they were booked for Dot to Dot and the Alternative Escape; John Kennedy's Remedy Night at The Tram and Social; The Smithdown Festival Popped Music Stage; Liverpool Sound City; Hanwell Hootie; The British Sound Project (supporting Franz Ferdinand, and Cribs). In the run up to their sold out London hometown gig at Camden Assembly on the 16th March 2018 they received great coverage of their singles. 'Faults was included in a review in 'We Close Tonight' and in LOCK magazine where they were featured alongside Wolf Alice, Fickle Friends, St Vincent, Lorde, The Big Moon, Indian Queens, Dream Wife, Hey Charlie, Gabrille Aplin. In addition, John Kennedy premiered their single 'Faults' on his show in the run up to their appearance at John Kennedy's Remedy night at The Tooting Tram and Social in April 2018. KIN Creative Sounds helped KIN to develop their standing in the independent music scene they played Tramlines supporting Big Moon and were highlighted by Flick of The Finger as worth catching live as much of as possible. They played the Library Stage selected from over 800 applicants by the Tramlines Festival Team.
BURNING JUNIPER Whilst representing Burning Juniper they regularly performing live in front of packed shows at a wide range of venues. This included performing for Freshers week at Rose Bruford College, The Fiddlers Elbow for Camden Rocks, The Amersham Arms, a headline gig at the Cavendish Arms, and for This Feeling at The Water Rats.
GLASS PEAKS Creative Sounds UK were instrumental in enabling Glass Peaks them to play a run of live dates supporting the likes of No Hot Ashes, SPINN and Youth Club, and a Sold Out headline show at Camden Assembly including securing a festival slot at Penn Fest where they shared the bill with Happy Mondays, Peter Hook and The Light. AL MOSES Whilst Creative Sounds UK represented Al Moses they SOLD OUT their hometown headline show a 300 cap gig at Clwb Ifor Bach and won Best Breakout Band after having been nominated for 4 awards in the Cardiff Music Awards 2019, including Boy Azooga, Buzzard Buzzard Buzzard, and Estrons. They supported Pretty Vicious at Camden assembly and completed a mini tour for This Feeling including a standout performance at The Isle of Wight. Watch them here
